The space Villagio dell'armonia Condominium is close to a market, bakery and pharmacy. 7 min (bus) to the terminal/Sacomã subway station, easy access to the coast and 30 min to Congonhas airport. Guest access Fitness center, sauna and basketball court. Swimming pool, only for stays of 30 days or more, as it does not qualify as a visit. Other things to note On Wednesdays, there is a free market two blocks away, and there may be some noise from people talking. On weekends, there is usually a dance in the community (5 blocks away), and the sound can reach the condominium due to the view and height of the floor (16).
