There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city. A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules. BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a monthly basis to prevent bugs and cockroaches as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. If they do, please let us know right away and we will address the issue immediately.
