There's a link bridge for pedestrians directly between the condo and Johor City center and custom to Singapore. The condo is equipped with pool, gym, and ping pong table. We will add extra mattresses if there are more than 4 (paying / authorized) guests, according to the number of guests. Do keep us informed :) Other things to note Please always indicate the correct numbers of guests so we can prepare accordingly. Sleeping Arrangements for booking numbers of guests:- Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed for 2 guests Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed for 2 guests For booking more than 4 guests, we will add extra floor mattresses which you can put in any of the bedrooms of the living room in the house to sleep. The building management may carry out maintenance or other work within the property during normal working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). There may occasionally be construction or traffic noise in the surrounding area, which is beyond our control. As such, we are unable to guarantee complete quietness throughout the day.
