Apartment in the heart of Venice's historic centre, very bright and quiet. Equipped with all amenities, including a hot tub, with a large terrace for outdoor dining and a panoramic roof terrace. The house is also accessible by elevator and is modern yet traditional. It has a large living room with exposed beams and French windows with a walkable balcony suspended over the water. The environment is always full of light that with the passing of hours changes the atmospheres of the interior. The space The apartment is accessed from a characteristic and charming private courtyard, then enter the exclusive lobby and go up to the top floor of the building via the stairs or a large elevator. You then enter a living room that receives light from four French doors with walkable balconies overlooking the canal. There is a large dining table and a relaxation area with a sofa, armchairs and a latest model television on which all satellite channels and major sporting events of the dedicated platforms are accessible. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (there are: toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and comfortable central counter with seats). Two double rooms and an attic with a queen-size bed are available. In one of the two double rooms, two single beds can be prepared upon request. All beds are provided with two pillows per guest of different softness and toppers. Each double room has its own bathroom. One with a large shower and the other with a hot tub with a shower. Of course, a complete and quality supply of towels and various hygiene products is available. The bathrooms are particularly bright because they are equipped with electric skylights. The added value of the house is a large terrace (with table, chairs and deckchairs) and an altana, equipped with a coffee table and chairs for panoramic aperitifs and to enjoy the view of the rooftops. The beautiful Venetian terrazzo floor is present in all the rooms and, like any typical and lively Venetian house, is interspersed with a few steps. Wi-Fi is everywhere.
