Private Pool House in Central Austin

This private pool guesthouse is a separate detached unit from the main house. 400 square feet, fully equipped with a queen size Murphy bed, full kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, full size side-by-side refrigerator, and microwave. Access to pool and outdoor kitchen with a grill and beverage refrigerator. Short walking distance to the restaurants and trails of the Grove. 12-15 minute drive to downtown. 2 blocks away from bus stop. Guest access Guests will have full access to the pool house, pool area, and outdoor kitchen area. Other things to note Liability Waiver You understand that swimming and the use of propane grills involve inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from participating in these activities and hold owner harmless. You further understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of propane grills may present to children who are not carefully and continuously supervised by an adult. Children must wear parent-provided life vests while in the pool or walking around the pool. THE MAXIMUM DEPTH OF THE POOL IS ABOUT SIX FEET, AND NO DIVING INTO THE POOL IS ALLOWED. You further understand that swimming and the use of propane grills pose particular dangers to a person with health risks and/or bodily limitations, or if a person swims or uses propane grills while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. No parties are allowed on the property and no overnight guests other than those named in this contract are allowed. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you or your visitors may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those visiting you. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the propane grill. All Airbnb Guests and their temporary visitors acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
