Late check-out is available until 1:00pm and is charged at 1,000 Baht per hour. 3. Please help save water and electricity. Please turn off the air conditioning when you go out. Please close the door when the air conditioner is on. - Electricity is free for the first 100 units per day, after that the fee is 7 baht per unit. 4. Villa cleaning and use of facilities and supplies - We have signed the environmental protection agreement, and do not provide disposable products such as slippers and combs. Toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel are provided. - To protect your privacy, no extra cleaning or bed linen change is provided during your stay. Please let us know in advance and pay the appropriate fee if you need a cleaning service. (Single cleaning service and change of towels: 1000 Baht, excluding change of bed sheet. Extra charge for changing bed sheet: 300 Baht/bed.) We offer one complimentary cleaning service for stays of 4 days or more. 5. Swimming pool maintenance - The pool needs maintenance, the pool cleaner will come to the villa three times a week, please let us know if you don't need it. - Please DO NOT pollute the water quality by putting food, drinks, garbage, etc. into the swimming pool, otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee of more than 5,000 baht. 6. Please wash the dishes and pick up the garbage after eating. If you need cleaning staff to clean, you will be charged a tip of 500 Baht. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and outdoor areas without a roof, do not throw cigarette butts. 8. Noise and disturbance: Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. If there are any complaints from the neighbors or the police are called, you will have to solve it yourself, and we will no longer provide accommodation services. 9. Please take care of your valuables and keep them with you at all times. Be aware of your personal and property safety. The villa and staff do not have the authority or responsibility to keep them. 10. To avoid clogging the drainage system, please do not flush tissue paper down the toilet. 11. Safety & Security - Pay attention to electrical safety. - No open flames allowed in the house. - Be careful when you walk up and down the stairs. - The villa has a swimming pool, please be careful to avoid drowning. - The poolside is slippery, please don't run fast, be careful not to fall. 12. Do not break the law. - Illegal activities are strictly prohibited, otherwise the consequences will be borne by themselves, and have nothing to do with the B&B.
