This terraced house will give a wonderful welcome to either couples or a family, a double bed, 6' Queen bed, may also be twin beds, and a further twin bedroom. No under age 30 groups sorry. 2 bathrooms. On a direct bus route to St Helier and minutes away from the pretty harbour and Gorey Castle. Parking on site for one car further parking nearby. Children 7 years and over The space This light and airy beach house has a large and safe south facing outside area and the beach on your doorstep just steps away directly across the road, taking just seconds down a private footpath to reach the beach! Three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage and fresh white bedding. 1 upstairs house bathroom with shower over bath 1 downstairs cloakroom with shower There is a full size working kitchen open plan to living and dining with a south facing decking with outdoor seating and dining. Walk to a fabulous Farm shop and café about 10 minutes walk away. Holme Grown, where they do an amazing breakfast. The café is open every day also for a relaxing brunch, long lunch or afternoon tea! You can also shop from the bakery, butchers and shop for local produce or order home delivery. Book for dinner at the local pub/restaurant renowned for its super menu or sports bar, only two minutes walk along the sea front! October/November Jersey Food festival. Amazing offers in pubs and restaurants! Within minutes by bus or car you have further choices of supermarkets, brilliant restaurants, pubs, cafes and super beaches. Mont Orgueil Castle is your view from the beach where you can take your beach towel and a coffee and sit on the sea wall for a relaxing wake up! We are your neighbours on the far side by the tall palm trees, there is a ground floor apartment below the double bedroom on the road side which is also an airbnb. Each house having a completely separate garden and entrance. We respectfully request each airbnb respects the other as their neighbours. We are always happy to help with anything at all. Guest access You have your own entrance and private fenced decked garden. Other things to note The coast road has a direct bus route to the town centre for bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping every 20 minutes. Gorey village is 5 minutes away by bus for cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shops. Holme Grown shop and cafe is 10 minutes walking for a wonderful breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Our popular local pub The Seymour Inn is 2 minutes walk away along the sea front. Jersey has a fabulous Tennerfest which is the Channel Islands’ famous fixed price food promotion. For 8 weeks from the 1st October until November 30th, local restaurants across Jersey and Guernsey are encouraged to create special, all-inclusive menus that provide diners with more at a fixed amount. The initiative gives restaurateurs a platform from which to promote their businesses and restaurant goers access to the finest food the islands have to offer at affordable prices. Menus start at £10 with other options including £12.50, £15.00, £17.50, £20 and an over £20 options, enabling the restaurants to offer the widest and most exciting range of food possible. The festival provides the perfect reason to visit the Channel Islands in October and November.
