At our private seaside complex, Lebrentals offers exclusive guests in Fethiye a personalized luxury holiday experience. The space In this three-room apartment, you will find a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a balcony/terrace area where you can enjoy pleasant evenings, and an outdoor space where you can have a barbecue if you wish. During your stay, conveniences such as a washing machine, iron, and clothes drying rack are provided, so you won't miss the comfort of your home. You can cool off in the shared swimming pool, and with the walking distance to the sea, you can plan your day as you please. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room provide a cool environment during hot summer days. The sofa beds in our living room can be used as extra beds, but please note that they do not offer the same comfort as a standard bed. Guest access Our apartment is two-storey and has a total of three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and one is on the upper floor. However, our apartment is not suitable for disabled access. You can cool off in the shared swimming pool belonging to the site, or take a short walk to the seaside and enjoy your day accompanied by the sea and sun. You can easily obtain your basic needs from the market located within the facility, and if you wish, you can contact the Lebrentals office for Welcome Pack options. Additionally, you can add comfort and flavor to your holiday by enjoying the on-site restaurant and poolside bar. Other things to note Please Note: Cleaning service does not include dishwashing or laundry. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any extension or late check-out after 11:00 is subject to availability and may incur a full-day charge. Please contact the Lebrentals Team for all possibilities depending on availability. Bed sheets and linens will be changed once a week. All other services are extra. All children must be supervised at all times inside and outside the property. Lebrentals is not responsible for their safety. The stove operates on gas. Please press and hold the button until it ignites automatically. The system is equipped with a gas leak safety mechanism. The apartments and villas are rented 365 days a year, and the gas in the oven may run out during use. Please inform us so we can arrange a new gas tank. Pest Control and Legionella Control are managed by licensed third-party certified companies. Please note that all pools are disinfected daily with necessary chemicals as stated by the Ministry of Health and Environment. For potential allergic reactions, do not use the pools before 10:00 AM. Diving and jumping are not allowed in the pools. Overflowing water may occur in private villa pools. In case of a fine issued by the municipality, it will be covered by the property renter. For optimal use, air conditioners should be set to 22°C or above. Setting them to 16°C may cause the main unit to freeze and leak, possibly damaging the system since the AC will never shut off or enter standby mode. If the AC is damaged, a $75 USD technical fee will be charged. After check-out, it may not be possible to fulfill certain requests. Please inform us in advance of any needs regarding your apartment or villa, as Lebrentals maintains stocked supplies.
