If you are looking for an apartment, less than 10 minutes away from the city center, an apartment that is spacious but cozy and stylish, has all the necessary amenities, plus free parking - book now! The space - 4 lovely rooms and a balcony - 2 bedrooms with 160x200 king size beds - additional sofa bed for one guest on request (in the gaming room - size: 105x190cm, no door to separate the room) - fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a traditional coffee maker. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities so you can explore your Italian cuisine cooking skills with home made pasta - fully equipped bathroom and an additional WC - enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny balcony - 4k Smart-TV, NETFLIX and PlayStation 3 are included - workplace with high speed internet is available for you - washing machine available - car parking available - free of charge during your stay Neighborhood: - There are busses that are commuting frequently between a bus stop nearby and the beach multiple times every hour. The ride takes approximately 10min and costs 1€ - All main bus lines depart around the corner to get you around in Bari - The apartment is located around 20min away from the airport and can be reached easily - You will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and cafés in walking distance The old town is in only 9 min walking distance from the apartment. There you will have a great variety of lovely pasta and pizza spots, as well as amazing gelato to get the full Italian experience. The main shopping street is approximately 10 min on foot away. All known brands can be found there. LONGER STAYS: Stays longer than 28 days are welcome. Due to national regulation automatic bookings are not possible. However, it feels more like third floor (or even higher depending on how you count.) From my perspective you will not have any trouble bringing your luggage upstairs, but for some guests (e.g. elderly) it might be important to know this information. Guest access All areas inside the apartment are exclusively for our guests. It's a private apartment. We provide a free parking spot inside a parking garage. Please note that the parking garage is 80m / less than 2min walking distance away from the apartment. Usage regulation will apply. Again, important note for our elderly guests. The building has no elevator at the moment. The apartment is officially located on the second floor. However, it feels higher than the second floor.
