Ideal for short or long-term stays, with resort-style amenities nearby! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay. Pool Access Policy: • Pool access is ₱150 per person per day on regular days (weekdays) and ₱300 per person per day on holidays. • On weekdays, guests can buy pool tickets directly at the condo’s billing station with help from the guards or reception. • For weekend or holiday use, please inform us right after booking or at least a few days before your stay. We can either purchase the tickets for you in advance or coordinate the list of names for pool access, as the billing station is closed on weekends and holidays. Other things to note Important Reminders & House Rules: ✅ After making a reservation, please send the complete names and valid IDs of all guests. This is required to process guest authorization for self check-in. ✅ Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the unit. ✅ No hanging of clothes or towels on the balcony. ✅ Stove / Rice cooker is available via request (₱500 per night) ✅ Practice clean as you go — unwashed cookware and utensils will be charged ₱500. ✅ No parties or loud noise inside the unit. ✅ Lost or damaged items, as well as heavy stains that require extra cleaning, will be charged accordingly.
