Welcome to Villa Nina I, a 7-minute walk to Bingin Beach and a 5-minute walk to Cashew Tree. Opened in July 2022, Villa Nina is spacious and bright with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 open-plan bathrooms in a tropical garden with private pool and jacuzzi. Fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas with wooden terrace to enjoy the mild Balinese climate. Wi-Fi, bed sheets, towels, daily housekeeping, pool-garden maintenance and parking are included. Guest access Please note that the villa, pool and garden are private and exclusively reserved for your personal use. We have designed the space to ensure your comfort and offer you relaxing and pleasant spaces. Other things to note If you arrive before 2 p.m., don't worry: drop off your luggage at our office and enjoy the atmosphere of Bingin Beach while we prepare your villa. If you're arriving after 7pm, please let us know so we can warmly welcome you upon arrival. A little reminder: checkout time is late morning, no later than 11 a.m. To keep the villa impeccable for our next guests, any unplanned late checkout may result in an extra night charge. Your cooperation allows each guest to enjoy a fresh and welcoming experience in the villa. Need a little help or special equipment? We're here to help: chefs in the villa, babysitting, relaxing massages, private drivers, scooter rentals and even surfing lessons - we have everything you need. And for our little guests, we offer baby amenities such as beds and high chairs, as well as safety features such as pool barriers and much more - all upon request and subject to availability. Please note that these services and amenities are not included in the villa rental rate and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
