Additional amenities include 3 fireplaces, wifi, coffee bar, a working space, and a fenced backyard with patio furniture. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in and enjoy the calm and quiet of this lovely home. Coffee and tea bar included! GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a “No Party” policy. NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is nestled in a walkable neighborhood. A large park awaits just a block away with picnic tables, a kid’s park, a tennis/pickleball court - and a skateboard park! WASHER AND DRYER: Need a washer and dryer? - available downstairs! WORKSPACES: For business travelers or students, there is a desk with outlet/usb plug-ins. We made sure that your background would look good on Zoom calls. PARKING: There is ample parking provided in the driveway, otherwise additional street parking can be found directly in front of the house, on the south side of the street (across the street). QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the house. SMOKING: Guests found smoking indoors or on the property will be charged $500- please step outside of the property (including the porch and the backyard) if you are smoking. PETS: While this is a pet friendly property, all pets must be registered and a $150 pet cleaning fee will be applied. Guests who do not register pets will be fined a $250 cleaning fee. Lock outs & lost keys will result in a $50 fee. Guest Access: Entire space + backyard spaces are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
