The space Bedrooms Each of the four generous bedrooms are named after one of Jersey’s much loved beauty spots, thoughtfully designed to feel calm, private and indulgent. All bedrooms feature stylish en suite bathrooms or shower rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, high quality linen and plenty of storage space. Smart TVs in every room allow easy streaming when it is time to unwind. Light filled interiors and soft, airy decor create a peaceful retreat where guests can truly relax. Living Areas The bright and open lounge is an inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the island or returning from business meetings. With high speed WiFi, a Smart TV offering Netflix, Disney, Apple TV and Amazon Prime, and comfortable seating throughout, this space is perfect for both relaxing and socialising. Thoughtfully chosen furnishings and contemporary touches make it equally suited to quiet evenings or lively gatherings. Adjoining the lounge is a cosy conservatory, filled with natural light and offering a peaceful spot to relax with a book, enjoy a morning coffee or simply take a moment to unwind. This warm and welcoming space provides an extra area to spread out and enjoy the house at a slower pace. Kitchen and Dining The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether you are enjoying a simple breakfast or cooking for a special occasion. Quality appliances, cookware and utensils are all provided. The adjoining dining room is spacious and welcoming, offering a relaxed setting for shared meals, celebrations or casual bites. Outdoor Space At the rear of the townhouse you will find a charming private patio with comfortable seating and a Ninja wood fire electric BBQ. This peaceful outdoor space is ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying Jersey’s mild climate. Please note there are no sun loungers as the patio is compact and not suitable for sunbathing, however the beach is just a short stroll from the house. Additional Amenities Guests have access to a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable. A separate office space is also available for those needing a quiet area to work during their stay. Free parking onsite behind gated entrance. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. With private entry and self-check-in, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to come and go as you please, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Excellent local transport links are just a short walk away, including the main bus station and ferry terminal. The front access has private gated parking for up to 2 cars, a valuable perk in central St Helier and ideal for guests looking to explore more of Jersey. Other things to note No sunloungers available outside. The patio can comfortably seat 6-8 around the table.( 2 x folding chairs available) Bedroom 3 (Portlet) has two single beds which can be made into one king size on request. A cot would fit easily into this space as it is one of the larger rooms. NB We love welcoming family pets. Please kindly use the nearby beach, only a two minute walk away, for toilet breaks rather than directly outside the property. Thank you for helping us care for the house.
