The space The cottage, which has been recently renovated, features the following accommodation: Three bedrooms: 1 x Super King Zip Link bed (can be twin on request, extra long length of 6'6" or 198cm long), 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with roll-top bath, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC Kitchen/diner with woodburning stove Sitting room with woodburning stove Games room/study with desk, games, books and storage space. Enclosed garden complete with garden furniture, secure storage for bikes and bodyboards. Guest access The entire cottage and garden. Other things to note Please note the following before booking: Please be aware that the staircase is steep, and there are 2 steps up into each of the double bedrooms The rear garden is terraced and has some steps. Access to the cottage by car is restricted due to the narrow width of the lane. Our parking space is in the local farmers yard (3 minutes walk away). The local beach, Trebarwith Sand, is best accessed at low tide.
