A fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, portable stove top, air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, milk, creamer, and sugar complimentary). The ultra-clean bathroom has a shower and is stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are also included. Relax in the private garden patio, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The guest house is ideally located just blocks from the Expo Line, offering easy access to downtown LA, Hollywood, Culver City and now Venice & Santa Monica. Guest access Access to the private guest house is through two private gates located next to the main house. You’ll receive a secure access code to the key in the lockbox for easy entry throughout your stay. Street parking is available right outside, offering convenient access to the property. Please be mindful of the LA City parking restrictions for street cleaning: Wednesday: Westbound 10am-12pm Thursday: Eastbound 10am-12pm Guests are responsible for following all posted parking regulations. Other things to note There is typically ample street parking available, especially before 9pm on weeknights.
