A carriage house, traditionally, is a secondary dwelling located on the same property as a main house. Originally designed to store horse-drawn carriages, these historic structures have been beautifully repurposed for modern living. Our carriage house, built in 2024, offers all the modern comforts while retaining the historical charm and character of traditional carriage houses. There is a busy road behind the carriage house for normal downtown traffic and sounds. Property Features: Parking: You'll have access to two parking spots—open parking lot right behind the building. Living Area: Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you'll find a spacious living room featuring a cozy pull-out sofa and a 42-inch TV for your entertainment. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with the basics you'll need to prepare meals, including complimentary coffee to start your mornings right. Please note we provide a hot plate but no oven. Bedroom: The bedroom boasts 1 queen bed with luxurious 12-inch thick mattresses. The bed is adorned with four pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. Closet: Connected to the bedroom is a closet that includes hangers and iron board. Bathroom: Off the living room, you'll find a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials and oversized bath towels for your comfort. The bathroom also attaches to the bedroom and has a full set washer and dryer, providing added convenience during your stay.
