Includes FULL kitchen (including utensils), WiFi, coffee bar, linens, towels, etc. Short and long term stays welcome — whether you stay for one night or a year, we are happy to host you! Laundry is included for guests staying longer than one week, or by request as needed. This unit is equipped with a personal work space: desk, plugs and high speed WiFi internet. Perfect for work-from-home folks or anyone else who may need a workspace. The interior space has modern interior furnishings, Spacious 18' ceilings, natural light and a door to a shared back yard space. DOGS WELCOME! Please inquire with host for details. This space has a FENCED BACKYARD with seating & tables; it is a shared yard space so pups may be present occasionally. Guest access Each unit has one parking spot assigned under the carport; street parking is available for multiple vehicles. The exterior building and street is well lit. Other things to note THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. For the safety of our guests, the entire property includes a fire suppression system. If smoke detectors or sprinklers go off, the fire department will be alerted and significant costs for the call will occur.
