Guest access Guests have access to the property around the house as well as the front of the property by the gate. Please stay clear of the lake construction area as we are having a large lake built currently and there may or may not be dump trucks going in and out of the area. The LAKE AREA is off-limits to all guests without exception. You will pass the late construction area on your way to the main house from the front gate. Failure to maintain this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the property, a zero refund policy for all dates booked by the guest, and a report to AIRBNB. Interaction with Guests: We love to stay in contact with guests during their stay and will be there at the property to meet you when you check-in. This is a requirement. We also have cameras around the house and property and are very strict about our guest limit for events and weddings so if any rule is broken, we will be made aware immediately and will contact you directly during your stay.
