Additional guests will enjoy the private cottage with 2BR/1BA accommodations. Enormous yard overlooking the water where you'll see dolphins playing in the river, the most relaxing sunset & take in the nature sounds & located across from the Savannah Country Club golf course! Spend the holidays w/ friends & family with 5 different living room spaces. There are neighbors to the left and right and in the front of this property but this is a very large lot and there is plenty of privacy, no fences between the homes. All King Beds! Unique 1940's character with updated kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful dock and dock house - all guests will have to sign waivers to enjoy the dock. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee. Guest access No Parties. You will have access to the entire home. This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences as not to block the view. If you bring a boat, you are required to have pre-approval, provide registration and insurance. No Parties. Please note: You do NOT have access to the dock in the backyard. Failure to honor this will result in immediate termination of your stay. For access to the DOCK, you are REQUIRED to sign a waiver. Other things to note There is no fence between our neighbor's yards. Please be respectful of this and their privacy. We ask that you do not interact with the neighbors. This is a residential area and you just respect that the neighbors live here full time and are not interested in playing tour guide. Please note: Waiver for dock entry/use must be signed by all occupants/guests prior to check in. A guest list with IDs must be provided to the manager. PET POLICY: All pets must be preapproved prior to booking. - We do not allow cats/other animals. - Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed & age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). - We do not have a fence and our neighbors do have dogs that go out for walks on leashes. - A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max). This fee will be charged for Emotional Support Animals and must be paid prior to check-in. Early check-in or Late Check-out fee is $150.00 Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Can't be the same day as the check-in date. Late checkout is subject to approval AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way, we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSIT PAID TO THAT POINT.
