No Parking in the Grass around the house No Smoking indoors (only outside areas only ) No Pets allowed. Pool Area Rules: No glass or food near the pool. No running, jumping, or rough play around the pool. Pool hours: 8 AM - 8 PM (sunrise to sunset) weekends 9Pm No unsupervised children under 13 in or around the pool. Toddlers must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Noise & Events: No loud music, boom boxes, or parties. Quiet hours: 8 PM - 8 AM, please be mindful of neighbors. Guests & Cleaning Fees: Only registered guests are allowed on the property – No exceptions. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate removal without a refund. No glitter or balloons – Additional cleaning fees will apply. Property & Security: Follow all septic system guidelines provided.
