The space The Room: You'll enjoy a comfortable bedroom with ample storage and natural light, perfect for restful nights and productive days. The common space: please note that it’s the same house than the other listings on my profile but in winter mode (low maintenance of the pool and garden, garden chair in storage but ready to be used) and lived by the host (cleaned but not pristine). Can be viewed as an experience to have a diner with friends or participate to an activity. High-Speed Wi-Fi: Reliable internet to ensure smooth remote work. Possible yo wok outside on sunny days. Outdoor Space: Expansive areas ideal for yoga, meditation, or simply basking in the Sardinian sun during the mild winter months. Tranquil Environment: Perfect for focusing on work or unwinding after a long day. The Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful part of South Sardinia, only 30 min from Cagliairi, the regional capital, our villa provides a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Explore the nearby beaches, walking and bike path. Guest access Guest Access: The kitchen and living room can be shared upon request. There is a small outdoor kitchen with any time access. (Microwave, oven and cooker). IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a month (22-23 FEB, 29-30 MAR, 12-13 APR) the school of biodanza has a woekshop during the weekend. Other Things to Note: Ideal for long-term stays.
