We are hoping for completion by Summer 2026. In the meantime, our sister property next door has a dock with completed access that can be used. 🚗 Parking Note:🚗 Parking for approximately 8 vehicles is available in the driveway and the private front parking area of the home. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking. 🛠 Professional Care 🛠 Our villa is professionally maintained. Groundskeeping, outdoor cleaning, and pest control may occur during the day to keep the property pristine. 🔒 A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. It will be requested through the Resolution Center after your booking is confirmed and refunded within two days after check-out, provided the home is left in good condition with no damage or excessive cleaning required. 🔔 This deposit is not included in your booking total at checkout, as it is processed separately after booking. It may be used to cover damage or additional cleaning if needed.
