Groundskeeping, outdoor cleaning, and pest control may occur during the day to keep the property pristine. A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit helps ensure the home is left in good condition and may be used if excessive cleaning is required, if the grill is not cleaned after use, if trash is left inside the home, or if any damage occurs during the stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care, follow basic cleanliness expectations, and report any issues right away. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in reasonable condition, with no damage or extra cleaning needed. Guest access 📝 Dock Access Note: The pathway down to the dock is not fully completed yet. While this typically won’t be an issue during winter weather when dock access is minimal, please note that a new, improved pathway is planned and coming in Spring 2026.
