Other things to note The home is conveniently situated quite close to Hastings main road. As such you will hear some island life during working hours. Night time is generally quiet. Please be aware and careful. Optional AC is available if desired for a supplement. The majority of guests are comfortable using the fan, a few using for sleep time only. The choice is yours. The US $10 per night is payable locally and is for sleep time use. Some additional day time use is $15 and 24hr use $25. I believe that increasing room rates to include AC would penalize the majority of guests who don’t want/use/like AC. For those that do, it’s available. Please be aware that I do clear garbage and discarded food times and packaging from your room. So not to disturb you I usually do this whilst you are away from home.
