Ideal residence for families (includes cleaning)

It's an amazing house with a private pool and a large garden where you can spend incredible moments with family and friends. We have cleaning and maintenance staff who will help you at all times. It fits 4 vans or 5 cars. And the house is modern and very clean, very well located. The goal is to serve you like a grand tourism hotel, so you leave satisfied and return soon NOTE: IF YOU RENT THE HOUSE FOR 4 NIGHTS, WE GIVE YOU ONE MORE NIGHT (does not apply to holidays, vacations, and long weekends) The space The house has a very good pool with a beautiful waterfall, a large garden so large that even the little ones can camp there. (NO BONFIRES) There is also a bungalow with a full bathroom that we use for a gym, we have some basic appliances. Inside the property there is an apartment with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed that can be converted into single beds and the other with two single beds and a full bathroom, with a living room with a dining room. We have television with SKY, a foosball table for all ages and wifi throughout the house. The plus is that we also have cleaning staff that we trust completely and with maintenance people who can help you buy your food and drinks and also cook for you (when renting the house, THE CLEANING AND KITCHEN SERVICE IS ALREADY INCLUDED) we have hot water in the showers and an atmosphere of much rest and pleasure in your stay. WiFi and cable TV, Netflix. Pool with boiler (extra cost). My accommodation is good for families (with children) with a maximum of 12 people, from 13 onwards it is CHARGED per extra person. Cleaning and cooking service per day (ALREADY INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT) Note: The kitchen and cleaning lady (the same person) is a requirement when renting the house since the staff is highly trusted by the owner and this is stipulated in the rental conditions. NO KEYS ARE GIVEN FOR SECURITY REASONS BUT YOU CAN COORDINATE WITH MS. HEIDI TO OPEN THE DOOR IF YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY. Note 2: The house is only for rest, so it is only rented to family groups, NOT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS... Guest access You can access all the green areas of the house and the pool, in short the house is a total free space for guests. No climbing on the roof.
