Looking for a real mountain vacation with a big group? Book these two neighboring homes (side by side) and enjoy a mountain trip with a hot tub and 2 decks with spectacular views! Frequent wildlife sightings, including deer, turkey & bears! The space HOUSE 1 Main Floor: • Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, regular coffee pot & Keurig, crock pot, water dispenser, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and basic spices. Kitchen table seats 4. • Master Bedroom: Large closet, dresser, two nightstands, King bed, and smart TV. • Living Room: Fireplace, couch (with recliners on each end), two chairs, bench, access to the rear deck and loft, and smart TV. • Bathroom: Shower. Upper: • Loft: Queen bed, portable closet for clothes, table with 4 chairs Lower: • Bedroom: King bed, bathroom with shower/tub, access to laundry (closet locked for owner's use, but laundry room has space to hang clothes), and smart TV. • Bedroom: King bed, with walkout to the backyard, and smart TV, Desk and Printer HOUSE 2 Main Floor: • Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and basic spices. Kitchen table seats 6. • Living Room: Fireplace, sofa sleeper, chair with ottoman, smart TV. • Bathroom: Full bathroom. • Deck: Beautiful Mountain views, patio furniture, gas fire pit, heat lamp. Upper: • Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bunk bed with full-size mattresses, smart TV. Lower: • Bedroom 1: King bed, bathroom, access to laundry, with mountain views from the bedroom, and TV. Guest access 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to this location in the winter or in other bad weather. We HIGHLY recommend AWD or 4WD to get to the home. Sections of this neighborhood have dirt roads and some are paved. GPS may or may not work in this area. Apple Maps does not work for directions so please use MapQuest or another map program. You will have a great night's sleep! The pillows are highly desired and actually are Copper Pillows from Walmart! The hot tub is working and available all year long! There are 2 large humidifiers in the house for guests. It is very beneficial in the winter months as it can get dry up in the mountains. House 2 - Spacious deck and incredible views of Woodland Park and the Continental Divide. The deck has plenty of patio furniture, a space heater & gas grill.
