The Pearl Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom, apartment (sleeps 2) with a private backyard! Located in beautiful Ghent just minutes from restaurants, downtown Norfolk, CHKD, and EVMS. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay. Also available for monthly rental. The space Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a queen size bed *There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note House rules: • Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. • No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) • Check-in is anytime after 4PM • Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
