Sharing of key cards is strictly prohibited and may result in violations and additional charges. If you’d like to request an additional key card, it will require: • ₱3,000 refundable deposit • ₱500 processing & assistance fee The deposit will be returned upon surrendering the card. To proceed, kindly let us know and send us a valid ID. Note: The PMO office is open only half-day on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays, so we won’t be able to process key cards on those days. As an alternative during off days, we can request a temporary access card, which comes with a ₱500 processing + ₱150 assistance fee.
