We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. There are two (2) security cameras located on the property. One is located on the balcony and is facing the driveway and parking area. The other is on the back porch and is facing the backyard and well area. There are no cameras located within the interior of the property. Included with your stay: the property manager Stay Protection Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons. :: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately.
