Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of 1 locked closet in the basement. ✨ “10/10 would recommend! We would definitely come back.” ✨ Important things to note: -Well behaved dogs are allowed with a few additional rules. -Include up to two dogs in the booking so the pet fee is applied. -Pick up and dispose of dog waste. -Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property. -No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture. -Provide your own firewood. -No dishwasher, washer, or dryer. -Exterior cameras are on the property to monitor occupancy -Noise sensors on the property interior and exterior to monitor excessive noise levels. -No Parties, no smoking. -Kayaks are seasonal (once lake temp drops below 60 – these items are no longer offered). Season is typically May-end of Oct -Must be able to walk down steps (3 story house). -This area of the lake has natural vegetation near the dock and surrounding the islands. -The dirt road heading to the home has ruts. Please go slow. -The person making the reservation must be present on the trip. ✔️ 1 roll of paper towels, 2 TP per bathroom, sponge, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided 🏡 Before You Arrive After booking, guests must complete quick verification steps before check-in info is released: Identity verification via Truvi (skip if already verified on your booking platform) Terms & Conditions acknowledgment + Pre Arrival Form Check-In Details: Once the above steps are completed, your check-in instructions will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival. If last minute booking, instructions are sent immediately upon completion. Mini-split reminder: Please keep ALL units ON & set to the same mode (HEAT OR AC).
