Welcome to Modern Cityscape Flat, an inviting and warmly decorated one-bedroom apartment adorned with delightful colors. Located on the second floor of the building, the property is accessible via either an elevator or stairs. This cozy flat can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The living room and kitchen are designed with an open-plan layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The living area is tastefully decorated in bright, pleasant colors, featuring a comfortable three-seater sofa bed that sleeps two guests, an armchair, a 50-inch television, and high-speed WiFi. Patio doors open onto a veranda with a table and two chairs, offering a view of the street. The bedroom is bright and decorated with vibrant colors that evoke a sense of peace and tranquility. It includes a comfortable queen-size bed and ample closet space for your convenience. The apartment features a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Modern Cityscape Flat is a delightful apartment conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The National Archaeological Museum is just 600 meters away, the Lycabettus Hill Viewing Area is 2 kilometers away, the Acropolis is 3.4 kilometers away, and Monastiraki is 1.7 kilometers away. Experience a delightful and comfortable stay at Modern Cityscape Flat. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
