El Yunque National Rainforest is about 1-2 miles away. The property is conveniently located between Rio Grande and Fajardo and easy access to Route 66. Many restaurants, gas stations, many supermarkets, Walmart, shopping centers are all near by in short distances. There is also a Fairfield Casino within a couple of blocks from the apartment ~ 1 mile from my property. All bedrooms have new queen mattress (14” deep Novaform) are recently purchased. Additional air bed and roll out bed and infant/toddler playpen are available in the condo. Dining table with 6 newly purchased padded chairs for comfortable and luxury sitting. BBQ grill is available at rooftop level. Top notch washer and dryer for you to use. Beach towels and portable folding chairs for you on the beach or camping. 2 rain forest park within 1-2 miles from the property. Many furnitures and queen mattresses were recently or newly purchased in brand new conditions. They are all modern styles and in good quality pieces. Solar lights in the living room and rooftop terrace and very useful. Fully setup outdoor furniture in the rooftop terrace to enjoy your day next to the ocean. If you need accommodation to have early checking in, please send us a message and we usually can make the early check in available most of the time. The check in and check out is automatic and if you have late arrival. Other things to note Beach access is 3 houses down to the apartment, basketball court and parking in front of beach access. If you walk further down to the end and make right turn, it leads you to a small road and you will see inner fresh water area that water source comes from El Yunque rainforest. If you want to avoid the crowd, these 2 beaches are really ideal and only a few minutes walk to enjoy your day on the beaches. A few minutes drive to Carabalí and El Yunque National Rain Forest. Close to grocery and other home goods shopping near by in Luquillo and Fajardo. Visit Luquillo food kiosks and free parking and public beaches next to these restaurants. Enjoy the local food and music. People also fish and catch blue crabs in this area. Luquillo is a wonderful place to stay and then go to San Juan, Fajardo, Seven Sea Beach, take ferry to Culebra Island, and other cities or islands in Puerto Rico. Use your Google Maps or Apple Maps to drive nearby and no need to pay the toll fees. Just use the local roads to get most of the places for free of the toll fees.
