Welcome to the perfect Surprise getaway! This spacious and serene space has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a cavernous backyard. There’s enough room to kick up your feet and relax, have a nice night around the fire pit, or play some games in the den. The house is close enough to the 303 to discover many attractions Arizona has to offer. Visit the many plaza’s for a nice shopping day, less than 15 minutes away from the Wildlife World Zoo, and go out for a nice lake day at Lake Pleasant! The bathroom is also roomie with a shower on the side and a nice sink area to get ready for the day or the night out. The den can be another place to relax or get some work done. It can also be a nice game room when you want to have a nice night in. The living room is spacious with a big couch and a TV filled with free streaming. There are board games and card games under the TV for extra entertainment. The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a walk-in closet. When showering, you can just walk right in without having to worry about tripping to get in. The bedroom is right next to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dining table and also an island with barstools so you have lots of options of where to sit. There are lots of cabinets in the kitchen to store all your cooking and silverware needs! The vast backyard contains a fire pit and a walkway so you don’t have to walk on the rocks. There’s a little grass patch to add some greenery to the backyard. Guest access Guests that come and stay at the property have access to every room in the house. We just ask that they be mindful of how they treat our property.
