Fresh apartment + 2 mountain bikes

A newly renovated place 5 minutes’ walk from the main bus station. The neighborhood is quiet and have local food shops close. We are close to fruit markets and a park that offers different sport activities. There will be two moutain bikes inclueded in the price. The building is newly renovated and your room will face the courtyard with a palapa to give you shadow while enjoying a coffee. You will have a private kitchen with bathroom and separate access to your apartment. The space The apartment offer you a simple kitchen area, private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable queen bed. The apartment is equipped with a fan and A/C. The kitchen will have kitchen-ware, a fridge and a stove. Two mountain bikes with helmets and locker are included during in the price. Guest access In the courtyard you can leave your bikes and enjoy the palapa. The apartment has private access and you will stay there alone. Other things to note Help us care more about Tulum’s beautiful nature and be sparing with the electricity and water. No parties are allowed. No smoking inside the apartment but outside it is allowed. No toilet paper in the toilet
