Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, and access to the beach and pools is just a few steps away. We are located on the oceanfront! We have 3 bedrooms for 10 people. We are ready to welcome you! The space ●Master bedroom: It has ocean view🏖, and direct access to the terrace and the outdoor room. The bed is kingsize, it has a smart tv, air conditioning❄️, a sofa bed and its own bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. Secondary ●bedroom: overlooks the ma🏖r and a small terrace, it has two double beds, a smart tv, own bathroom with tub and air conditioning❄️. ●Bedroom three: has 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and a space for a small mattress, it has air conditioned❄️. Can fit 5 people. It has a small table and chair so you can work. The depa has 3 full baths. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, microwave and a small convection oven for you to prepare your favorite food. We have a coffee maker, both hot 🔥 and cold and also to make a frappe. The dining room has ocean views and access to the terrace. Eating here is delicious! The room is spacious and also has a smart tv, for you to enjoy your favorite movies. ⚫️Rooftop We have a living room and hammock on the terrace where you can sit ☕️ and have your morning coffee, read or simply appreciate the wonderful views that the blue 🌊 sky gives us or in the afternoons have a drink, 🍷 talk or simply appreciate the beautiful sunsets that Acapulco gives us.🏝 We are on the️ 3rd floor, counting the ground floor as the 1st floor (2 floors), which makes it easier to access since you can go up by elevator, or for those more interested, 🚶‍♂️ go up or down the stairs. We are next to the pools🏊‍♂️ and a few meters from the beach🏄‍♀️. And to enjoy the beach, we have awnings for up to 10 people, with chairs, a bunk bed and tables (hey, they're reserved just for you) Green areas in perfect condition✅️ as well as swimming pools👙🩳, a pool with games for children🛝, snack bar 🍸. We now have 1 paddle tennis court! A 2nd court will soon open, as well as a gym inside the premises. Guest access Terrace, pools, direct access and just steps from the beach, restaurant/bar and pool. We have a Padel court in front of the building. An unparalleled location! Soon, a gym inside the Residential Complex. Other things to note Check-in process: ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATION COSTS Mayan Island 1. Upon arrival at reception they will ask you for an official ID and also from your guests. You will be provided with wristbands to identify you as part of the resort; these wristbands will cost $35 per person. 3. Additionally, the residential complex will charge $396 per day for administrative fees, which must be paid at the front desk. 3. At check-in, request the assembly of awnings, sunbeds, chairs and tables. This service is an additional fee and costs $220 for installation and $30 for each day of your stay. These charges are covered at the front desk. 4.We have a covered parking space at no cost, proper to the apartment. If you would like an additional one, the cost is $130 per day, which can be paid at the front desk. 5. You will be asked for a $3,000 security deposit, which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. Optional: In case you want help with cleaning one or more days, We have trusted staff; their services are $500 per day and payment must be made directly to the staff. Please notify them in advance. Paddle tennis court $500 per hour. Book a day in advance at the front desk. If you want to do your laundry the cost per load would be $300. Our staff can help you on the same day you request your cleaning. Eye: Notify in advance. ⚫️It is worth mentioning that the MAX of the apartment is for 10 people including children up to 2 years old.
