Pool maintenance: To ensure that you always enjoy the pool in perfect condition, we carry out maintenance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. By booking, you agree to allow the pool attendant access on these days, whether or not you are in the apartment. The uses, services, and benefits offered by the building are subject to specific regulations regarding their use and reservation procedures, and tenants must adhere to these rules. An additional fee of 20,000 COP per person must be paid for the tourist entrance fee. This fee must be paid before entry.
