The space Luce di Mare greets you to a contemporary space that seamlessly connects the living room and dining areas with a palette of soft neutrals, textured wall hangings and a mix of natural wood and woven accents. Cozy seating with lush cushions and a throw blanket invites you to unwind with ocean views as your backdrop. The living room is anchored by a large beige sofa and a reclining chair adorned with a mix of textured pillows in earthy tones, which complements the soft neutral palette of the room and a flat-screen Smart TV, creating a clean and modern entertainment area. Stylish accents like woven wall arts, pampas grass in natural-toned vase. The sliding glass doors reveal an unparalleled ocean view and lead to a cozy balcony, inviting natural light and extending the living space for an airy, open feel. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Both bedrooms feature AC, closet space, blackout shades and carry the boho-coastal charm with plush headboards, light linens and ambient lighting and amazing ocean, marina and mountains views, providing a tranquil oasis to recharge. The master bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 guests on a dreamy queen size bed that oversees a jaw-dropping ocean, mountains and neighboring island views through floor to ceiling glass windows. Waking up in this piece of heaven is quite the experience. The second bedrooms accommodates 2 more guests on 2 cozy twin size beds and oversees the marina, ocean and pool. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals; stove, oven, refrigerator, a coffee maker and all essentials for dining in, perfect for preparing fresh local fare. RESTROOM The bathroom is an earthy, spa-like space with natural stone details and upscale toiletries. BALCONY Outside, the balcony offers outdoor sitting furniture for savoring sunrises and sunsets over the water. Enjoy watching marine life like manatees, sea turtles, dolphins and manta rays. AMENITIES Just steps from a huge shared pool, basketball and tennis, and racketball courts. A short drive away from nearby beaches, this retreat is fully equipped for a seamless stay—whether you're lounging at home, exploring the island, or simply soaking in the surroundings. Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to all spaces inside of the apartment and can enjoy all of the amenities that Dos Marinas has to offer. From a huge pool with ocean and mountain views, sun loungers, outdoor shower to tennis, basketball, pickleball court, racquet ball courts and laundry area. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Other things to note Luce di Mare is located on a 22nd floor. Dos Marinas has elevators. San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport is located 32.8 miles away from Dos Marinas. You should expect a 45-55 minute drive between each location. El Yunque National Rainforest is only 12.5 miles away. WASHER CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE Unfortunately, due to a high voltage the washer lock system suffered damages. Despite the promptness of the team and technician's effort, the parts had to be ordered outside of PR and will take some time. There is a laundry room in building on Floor G for everyone's use. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this settled sooner than expected. LIST OF ESSENTIALS PROVIDED We provide enough toiletries and kitchen amenities to kick off your stay. From shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towel, coffee, sugar, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels & kitchen towel. We do NOT provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes. If you use wash cloths, make sure to bring your own with you. Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
