The garage is exclusively used as a game room and to house items specific to guest use for the beach or rivers. Owner only access to owners closet and pool heater temperature control. Other things to note Pool is available to be heated at an additional weekly/daily charge. We recommend requesting the pool heated at booking. There will be a separate request for funds to heat the pool negotiated during your booking and should be paid in full 2 days prior to check in.
