Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 story place to stay and enjoy what's around the area with family and friends. It’s $350 a night for 8+ people for both the house and the studio in the back. $200 a night for 6+ people for the house and $125 for 2+ people for the studio in the back. Please let us know ahead of time for how many people to adjust the price on your end including cleaning fee but that is optional. Large parking space and a grill outside to barbecue with the family. The space The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living room and dining area. We have a patio where you can barbecue and grill. There’s enough room to park your vehicles inside the gate. The studio in the back includes a bed, living room and dining room as well. Guest access Guest have access to the whole property. Other things to note If you are paying for pet fee please make sure the pet doesn’t damage anything and clean after them as well. For cleaning fee that only applies if you leave the property a mess. If you leave the place clean the cleaning fee isn’t required. If there are any additional guest planing to stay please let the host know.
