The rental: Our modern, 4 bedroom home has all the comforts and amenities you can ask for on your upcoming vacation. The House: • Hot tub that seats 7 • Indoor sauna with sound system seats 2 • Heated outdoor pool available spring - fall weather permitting * opening and closing dates will vary • Outdoor fire pit & grilles House sleeps 10. The 10th guest bed is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the reading area. If you will be using the pack n play please let me know as soon as possible so we can have it set up for you. PARKING: Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Late check out will be honored when possible, for an additional fee of $50. We will be unable to accommodate late check out request received less than 48 hrs before check out. The Community **During the summer months (Generally Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend), you will have the option to purchase amenity passes for $5/ person/ day to access the community lake, beach and pool. To purchase passes please stop by the HOA office located at the community entrance: Hours of operation are 8 am - 4pm Tuesday- Saturday. Office is closed Monday & Sundays Please respect the quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM. There are no parties. Amplified music is not allowed outside at any time. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. For compliance and emergency preparedness the HOA (Home Owners Association) form is required by community HOA and must be completed prior to your stay. It can be accessed through a link in the renters agreement and will be sent via airbnb messenger prior to your stay. Please complete it with the names of guest who will be staying and vehicles that will be parked at the property. The form can be sent directly to the HOA. Do not worry about the Listed HOA fee. It is INCLUDED in the quoted rental price and I will send it directly to the HOA. This property includes security features, smart locks, ADT security system and exterior cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. There are NO indoor cameras. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal Fireworks are prohibited. The house is in mountain. Wildlife animals may appear. Don't leave food outside, it could attract bears. ** By booking this house, you agree that your use of the services, facilities and amenities (including but not limited to swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, fire pit...) is at your own risk.** You agree to cover any property damage to include but not limited to extra cleaning for excessive garbage, waste, damage to the hot tub or pool, drainage and refill of the hot tub or pool.
