The space This modern and bright house, designed to be functional and comfortable, boasts tall vaulted ceilings, A/C, a smart TV, private pool, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You also have access to a washer and dryer in an outer building by the pool, that can also work as a storage for larger items such as a surf board. Your kitchen includes a large fridge, induction cook top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cooking utensils you would need. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, cozy linens, an ensuite bathroom, open closet space, and a safe for your valuables. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin on the top and queen on the bottom, a work desk, and easy access to the second bathroom. A/C is located in each bedroom, as well as the living area. There are also ceiling fans located throughout the house, as well as on the outdoor patio, for your comfort. The outdoor patio is very private and hidden from the main road, and is perfect for relaxing and cooling down in the pool. There is an outdoor shower to the left of the pool for your convenience. The private yard is it's own oasis with a beautiful papaturro tree that is home to iguanas, geckos, squirrels, a hive of stingless mariola bees, and provides much needed shade. Villa Papaturro is reinforced with steel gates and bars over doors and windows, a fully fenced yard with enough room to park a golf cart, and security cameras for added comfort. You will be conveniently located within walking distance to the town center of Samara where there are restaurants to accommodate all preferences, shopping, activities, and much much more. Guest access You will have full access to the house and outer building with the washer and dryer. The property is self check in and you will be given codes to access keys 24 hours before check in day.
