The main house living area is located upstairs with an open floor plan connecting the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Rustic, ocean-inspired design throughout the space adds unique character, while exposed wood beams and wood floors give the house a warm and cozy feel. Prepare home-cooked meals for your crew in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a large island with barstool seating, patterned tile backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. An oversized butler’s pantry makes the kitchen fit for accommodating large groups and entertaining. The cottage features an inviting living area, dining area, and kitchenette so your guests can spread out. Six comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat for everyone. The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and claw foot tub. Bedroom 2 features a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature a queen bed and have a shared jack-and-jill ensuite bathroom. (Please note that Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are not attached to the main part of the house). Bedroom 5 is a bunk room featuring a total of four twin beds, ideal for little ones. In the cottage, you’ll find Bedroom 6 with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the cottage living area. There is an additional half bathroom in the main house boasting a unique style of its own. Wrap-around balconies span the home. Each one boasts breathtaking views of the nature preserve, where you can watch the birds while you sip your morning coffee, or soak in the unforgettable sunsets.
