PARKING • Guests do not have access to the detached garage • 1 driveway parking space in the driveway • 2 guest parking spots next to the home (first-come, first-served) • Oversized vehicles/boats: parking permits may be available from Tamarack Outfitters for their oversized lot – call ahead to confirm and reserve Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered patio, + private hot tub. ... Please note guests do NOT have access to the detached garage. There is driveway parking for 1 vehicle, as well as 2 guest parking spots next to the home that are first-come-first-serve. ... Be sure to confirm operability of the Buttercup Chairlift with Tamarack Resort, as operations are snow-level dependent. ... You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house! If you need more give us a ring. • • PAPER GOODS We provide enough paper towels (2 full rolls) and toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) to get your stay started. For larger groups or longer stays, add these to your grocery list—we want you stocked and comfortable. • • EV CHARGING Tamarack Resort has two EV charging stations in the main parking lot near the Village—convenient for Tesla and other electric vehicle owners. • • NO AIR CONDITIONING Please note this home does NOT have AC, but we do have lots of deliciously cool nights. We recommend closing all windows during the day and opening them once it cools in the evening. • • SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help. • • CANCELLATION POLICY We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees.
