This ultimate beach house is close to local restaurants and is a 12-mile drive to downtown St. Augustine with shopping, tours, museums, and live music. The back deck is shared between properties. No Beach chairs or umbrellas are available, but you will receive links to people who supply them for your stay if you choose to do so. This house does share a back deck with the neighboring house with the walkway to the beach. You must be able to use Stairs!
