Strategically located for quick access from the road and at the same time in the middle of the forest in a location without traffic to ensure the peace and privacy that is preserved in this place. The space This property is Casa 02 de BOSCO, a dream that a Spanish publicist and a Mexican architect had who, far from creating another of the large cabin houses that are in the area, designed a space based on the contemplative need of the human being. Casa 01 is full of spaces where different materials and styles dialogue, inviting reflection and research, within the wonderful context where the house is located. Accessing through a wooden gate you reach a beautiful garden overlooking the centuries-old oaks of the area and a covered space to enjoy outdoor meals with friends or contemplate the beauty of this great place with a delicious coffee. Large glass windows constitute the entire body of the interior house and through one of them we access the hall. On the right we will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each of them has a fluffy queen bed and a closet where you will find everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Both rooms have direct access to the garden. Returning to the hall, we find a staircase that leads us to a room of timeless elegance where you can melt with a freshly brewed coffee or a hot chocolate while the rain falls hard outside. Next to this space is a large bookcase with a multitude of reading and research material. The TV has an open Netflix and Disney+ account. In this area there is also the indoor dining room of the house, where you can enjoy long after-dinner chats. The kitchen frames the open-plan area of the upper floor. A clean design space to minimize visual noise that is only interrupted by a Smeg refrigerator to give a nod to vintage design lovers. A fully equipped space, so you can cook as if you were at home. Through a door we pass to the full bathroom of the main room of the house, which also serves as a courtesy bathroom during the coexistence on the top floor. Next to this bathroom is the master bedroom, with the best views of the entire house and a dreamy king-size bed. A property designed for rest and coexistence.
