We are close to the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences, very well connected to transportation, Bus Line 95, 4, 30 and metro 10 that you can access the city center in 15 minutes. The space Bright room on the 3rd floor, access by stairs, no elevator (as a reference, it is specified that in Spain the floors are counted from floor 0, then floor 01, floor 02, and so on). A 15-minute walk to the Marina or a 20-minute walk to the beach, by Bus 95, 30 and 04 in just 05 minutes. A 20-minute walk to the City of Arts and Sciences or a mere 5 minutes on Tram 10 or 20 minutes to the city center. Guest access The shared spaces are: the kitchen, the toilet and the living room. Please do not leave anything personal in the common areas and if you use something in the shared areas, please leave it clean. During your stay We are available to interact with guests if they prefer. Other things to note The bed mattress is queen size (150 cm x 190 cm) and has bedding + 01 towel for each guest.
