Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful lake front property, located on Webster Lake. This property has been completely renovated, featuring 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It has ample parking on a quiet end street. The space On the main level of the Boondoggle, it features 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 full bed) , 1 full bath with an open concept kitchen, dinning & living room and a laundry room area just off the main hallway and kitchen. Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms (1 king and 2 full size beds, which we call the bunk room), 1 full bath room, living room and a game area. Beautiful large deck off the main living area with ample of seating. There is also a lower sitting area also. Deck is connected to the lower sitting area via ramp. Included with the property are the following amenities: 2 Kayaks 6-8 Bikes 2 paddle boards 4 fishing poles 2 kid life vests 2 each of the following adult life vest Small through XL Forced Family fun itineraries for rainy days or a break from the lake along with bike/walking trail maps. **20ft Bennington Pontoon, 10 seater with a 50hp motor is available with the rental for an additional $58/day. Message is you want the boat included with the rental. This pontoon is not built for tubing. Pier and Pontoon get taken out at the beginning of October, therefore they will not be available to use from October to early May.
