Guest access This property will require self check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent 48hrs prior to arrival. To access the swimming pool and lake, guests will need to use the amenity pass. Other things to note • Rental Agreement: To comply with the HOA, all guests will need to sign a short-term rental agreement. We’ll send this over after booking—just please return it at least one week before check-in. • Pets: We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs per stay! There is a $150 fee per pet. • Community Amenities: You’ll have access to great community amenities during your stay. Each guest will need to sign a simple amenity form, and we provide up to 8 passes per booking. (If a pass is lost, the HOA charges a $200 replacement fee.) • Driving in the Community: Penn Estates has a strict 25 mph speed limit to keep everyone safe. They do enforce this, so please be mindful—any tickets issued would be the guest’s responsibility.
