The pool is not heated. The hottub can be heated upon request for a nightly charge of $100. No events at this time. Our maximum capacity is 12 people, and 2 pets. Any additional guests, even day guests, will incur a charge of $500 per person, as we strictly prohibit events on the property. Any additional pets will incur a daily charge of $100 per pet.
