The space Tucked away just outside the vibrant town of Samara, Casa Chiquita is a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home that beautifully blends Mediterranean minimalism with Moroccan design. Inspired by the tranquil courtyards of a traditional riad, the home centers around an inviting internal courtyard featuring a saltwater pool. And with a brand-new golf cart included in your stay, you can easily explore Samara’s beaches & restaurants (5’ golf-cart ride) all while staying firmly in vacation mode. Guest access Leonie, our lovely house manager, will be available at check-in to answer any questions you may have and to ensure the liability waiver is signed. For bookings of 7 days or longer, a weekly cleaning is included. We kindly ask that you accept this service to help maintain the house in pristine condition and prevent any issues with bugs (we are in the jungle after all! ;)). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Other things to note • Cleaning & Care: We kindly ask you to refrain from using any harsh chemicals such as cleaning products with acid or bleach, dyes, or tanning products. Our home features natural materials like concrete sinks, plaster showers, and wood countertops, which are sensitive and can be easily damaged. Thank you for your understanding and care! • Pool Maintenance: To keep our saltwater pool in top shape, the pool technician comes on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning. He has keys to the front gate, so he may need to enter the property during those times. • The Wi-Fi router is located in the downstairs bedroom, and we’ve equipped it with a battery backup to ensure uninterrupted connectivity during power outages—no dropped calls! Plus, we’ve installed internet extenders to provide strong, reliable coverage and fast speeds throughout the entire house. • Safety: While Samara is a generally safe area, we kindly ask that you store valuables in the safe provided and always lock up when you head out.
