The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious two bedroom, newly built condo. It includes one King bed, one Queen bed and one double pull out sofa bed. In addition to the amenities listed, the fully stocked kitchen also comes equipped with an air fryer, ice coffee maker and ice cube trays. Relax and watch Netflix on the large 65 inch T.V.. Get your stretch on with yoga mat provided. Unwind on the large balcony with views of the lake as you cuddle in the cozy seating area or enjoy coffee in the cute breakfast nook. The solar-powered twinkle lights on the balcony give a stunning touch to the ambiance of this special place. Next door to the condo is the Fenelon Falls Marina, where you can rent a boat for the day and zoom around the Kawartha Lakes on the water. Less than two hours away from Toronto, Fenelon Falls is the gem of the Kawartha Lakes. Nestled right on Cameron Lake and edging to the opening of Sturgeon Lake, this breathtaking location will be the place of magical experiences and lifelong memories. Beautiful nature is the highlight of this area: the stunning water falls at the centre of it all, nature trails, beautiful beaches and gorgeous trees, which lead to vibrant fall colours. Enjoy ice cream on the locks as you watch the various boats and yachts travel through the Trent WaterWay. Hike along nature trails in the forest or go for miles on the Victoria Rail Trail that wraps around Cameron Lake and beyond. On top of the breathtaking elements of nature, there are ample activities to partake in. The Grove Theatre hosts a full summer schedule of musical theatre, plays, and musical numbers. The professional caliber of the performances always wows audiences of all ages. Visit the Fenelon museum, Maryboro Lodge, where you are brought back in time. It includes a fully interactive play room for children and a mock one room school house. Plenty of free outdoor games and challenges are available on the grounds. The entire town transforms into a magical Christmas town, where crafts, treats, snacks and face painting are provided from the local venders, hot apple cider, a petting zoo, pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are provided around town. Canada Day is a huge celebration as well, stop by the public beach for games and activities, Live music and treats. Please note there is no smoking of any kind in the condo or on the balcony. EV charger is available in our parking spot. If you wish to us the EV charger, the price is $50 per day. Other things to note The condo is dog friendly. Dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the property. Please pick up after your dog. A dog wash station is located on the ground floor to wash your furry friend. We aim to be eco-friendly, and instead of polluting the earth with plastic single use water bottles, reusable water bottles are provided! Fill them with cold, fresh filtered water from the fridge. Bring them with you on your travels to the beach, on your hike and around town. Please return them and wash them in the dishwasher when finished. We like to promote sustainability. A yoga mat is provided for your use. Please spray with mild cleaner (Vinegar&water spray- provided- under left sink in Master bathroom) and wipe with a paper towel after use. Thank-you!
